Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund — longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal you are entitled to under EU consumer law. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached. Email help@pierrecasaboutique.com with your order number to get started.

All items are also covered by the two-year legal guarantee of conformity.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 18:00 CET are processed within 2–3 business days. Transit then takes a further 4–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days in total. We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse.

What is your returns policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unworn item for a full refund — longer than the 14-day right of withdrawal guaranteed under EU consumer law. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. To start a return, email help@pierrecasaboutique.com with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways, and your card details are never stored on our servers. All prices are shown and charged in euro, inclusive of VAT.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Get in touch as soon as possible at help@pierrecasaboutique.com with your order number. If your order hasn't yet entered processing we can usually amend the shipping address or cancel it outright. Once it's been packed and dispatched we're unable to make changes, but you're still covered by our 30-day returns policy once it arrives.
